Does it cost anything to join?
No. Collector Coins is free. Create a Poke-Collect account and you start earning on your next order.
How do I check my balance?
Sign in and open the Collector Coins panel. Your balance, tier and available rewards are all there.
How do I move up a tier?
Tiers are based on the coins you earn: 1,000 for Great, 7,000 for Ultra and 20,000 for Master. Higher tiers earn more per dollar, so each level comes faster than the last. Once you reach a tier, you keep it.
When do Google review coins show up?
Once we get your screenshot at support@poke-collect.com, our team adds 500 coins to the account matching your email. Send it from the email you shop with.
Do my coins expire?
Coins expire after 12 months with no activity on your account. Earning or redeeming any coins resets the clock, and we'll email you 30 days before any coins are due to expire.
