  • Condition. Sword & Shield era to present singles must be Near Mint; anything else is declined. Older Vintage & Mid Era cards are paid by the condition you choose. Sealed product must be authentic, factory sealed and retail-ready.
  • Bulk. Bulk must be English and Near Mint, and doesn't need penny sleeves. Keep every bulk category separate from the others and from your singles, in stacks of up to 100 cards in team bags (best) or wrapped in plastic or paper, labeled with the category and count. Large bulk goes in cardboard storage boxes such as BCW 1 To 5 Row boxes. Bulk not packed this way is returned at the seller's expense. We count bulk when it arrives and pay for the count we receive.   • Sleeve every card in a penny sleeve and group them in team bags. No perfect fits, deck or Elite Trainer Box sleeves. Use toploaders only for cards worth $30 or more, and sandwich cards between cardboard.
  • We review every buylist within 24 hours. If it's approved, your offer locks and we email you your buylist approval.
  • Print and include your buylist approval in your package, or bring it with you for drop-off. We must receive your product within 14 days of approval.
  • Ship with tracking and insurance. We don't cover packages lost, damaged or stolen on the way to us, and you pay shipping to us.
  • Declined and fake cards. Fake cards aren't returned. Declined cards worth less than $25 or 10% of your buylist are donated to our Sunday Learn To Play events; above that we'll email you, and return shipping is on you. Singles not claimed within 60 days are donated.
  • Accuracy. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the buylist: each card's name, set, number, printing, condition and quantity, including cards added with the scanner. Cards that don't match what you submitted are repriced or declined at inspection.
  • Review window. If we change a card's condition or decline a card after inspection, we'll email you and you'll have 5 days to review your buylist. We'll send a reminder on day 3. If we don't hear back within 5 days, we'll decide which condition-changed cards to buy at the new price or send back, and declined cards will be sent back with $5 tracked return shipping taken from your payout.
  • Payment. No fees on Store Credit or PayPal. Store Credit always pays more than cash.
  • Your buylist must total at least $20.00.
